I am trying to get my withdrawal processed. I submitted all form and was told that my identity had been verified. Live Chat isn't working and no one will respond to my emails.

Hello,

I submitted my request 3 weeks ago and l have been verified per the last email l received fron the casino. I was told to contact Live Chat and they would keep me informed concerning my withdrawal. Live Chat does not work for ne and no one answers my emails, l have sent at least 10.

Payment went out to our 3rd party as a wire payment this morning, generally it's between 3-10 business days from the time it's paid out by the casino until it hits your bank account so just be patient and you should be seeing that soon.

Hello,

Today l received $156.60 instead of the $300.00 l requested. There was a $5m00 wire fee which is fine but l still should have gotten $295.00. Can you please contact the casino and find out why l did not get my complete withdrawal? Also is this normal with online Casinos you only get half of your withdrawal?

Your initial winning deposit was made using a deposit bonus totaling $105 in playable bonuses, these funds are non-cashable and removed on approval of your requested withdrawal. Minus the $`12.50 processing fee on our end the total issued for payout was $189.50, due to fluctuations in currency exchange and banking fees on your end this can vary slightly so it is highly possible that particular amount is correct.

Dear Tracy,

Unfortunately, after reviewing the evidence provided by the casino representative I have to confirm that you had in fact claimed a deposit bonus offer. Since all deposit bonuses Cool Cat Casino offers are ‘sticky’, meaning the bonus amount is non-cashable, the bonus amount of $105 was deducted after you requested a withdrawal.
