I played all night & morning with this Casino getting through $3,000 of playthrough. The manager Tammy told me to save my $100 cashout & wait until today to withdraw to my Bitcoin wallet. I did exactly what I was suspose to do without adding any other Bonuses to the Cashout. This witch comes on the chat & takes all my money & sends me $10. I explained this was fraudulent marketing practices & I deserved to be compensate back the money for all my time spent. I asked you the Operations Director was so I could report employee abuse but they did not respond. I'm 6mths pregnant & was promised I would receive this money. Because Tammy was so malicious & uncooperative that she didn't even escalate the matter to approve as a courtesy. Such a waste of money & the worst chat agents in the industry of this business. I'm going to contact Virtual Casino Group under the jurisdiction of Costa Rica & let them know this platform is full of Vagabonds.

The manager Ms. Helen & Mr. Charles approved my transfer & it deposited yesterday. Thank you kindly for your response. USA citizens wouldn't know what to do if there's wasn't company's & people like you having compassion for complaints of others 🌿💫cause I know people are out there pissed cause half of online casinos don't have phone support anymore especially after C~19 areas... The world has shifted further in the matrix & Cultural Diversity is a must in society}people are complex & emotional which is draftly having effects on the human mind.
