As someone who plays at online casinos they are quick to deny your winnings if you violate a rule and with coupons especially.well slots of vegas I was referring a cupon I assumed didn't expire and elite 40 I think and it expired on the 6th so when it didn't go tru tru as I didn't get a expired message I contacted customer service who said it was good applied the cupon and did so knowing if I win they will deny based on expired cupon and they helped me redeem it knowing this over several days essentially leaving me no fair chance to cash out if I won and when asked said it's ok and took my money applied cupon several times over several days the trust is and fact they instantly deny your withdrawal for anything cupon related their system is supposed to stop it and customer service lied and kept letting me use it knowing I couldn't cash out to be fair they should return all deposits after the 6th because it's not ok to use multiple chips expired chips and winnings are forfitt for violating rules so if they knowingly applied a expired cupon they had no intention of letting me cash out and I had no fair chance to play the money I deposited I couldn't win even if I tried it would have been denied after 7 days i read original cupon and saw it expired on the 6th and asked and then they didn't say anything I e mailed customer service admitting half fault is on me and half on them and would have accepted half deposits returned to my account to play or do as I wanted but they ignore the fact it's deceptive eroded trust and they don't let you win money if you violate cupon rules so they should not take it and ssy it's good when it's expired and any withdrawal would be denied based on their cupon rule so taking my deposit on a expired cupon knowing I couldn't cash out is taking my money and me having no chance to win even if I did it would be denied the fact customer service applied it several times and said nothing makes it more obvious they scrutinize every cupon and know it's expired essentially giving no fair chance they should return all deposits after the 6th once cupon was expired as I wouldn't have been able to cash out and they don't pay out if a rule is broken they shouldn't take money tricking customers im VIP level 3 so it's really upsetting they don't see a problem doing it but don't pay out if u violate a rule redeeming the cupon not saying anything and over a week long period knowing I would be denied if I won is very unfair i was having difficulty uploading the documents but you can see over 500 deposits using expired cupon with no it's expired as they took deposits knowing they would say. It's expired if I won and manually inputting it several times not saying it's expired giving me no chance really had I won it'd deceptive they knowingly took deposits with no intent of paying had I won. All deposits accepted on expired cupon should be credited to my account

Do i need to redo the math it might be more as you can see they readily accepted the deposits on the expired cupon i was unaware when they manually applied it on the 7th and again on last day they knowingly did so and would have instantly denied withdrawal based on the expired cupon and they basically did to me what they spend time on preventing individuals from doing it to the casino it's odd their system didn't reject the cupon due to expiration no other time has it not denied acupon that's expired without any chance of cashing out they basically took my deposits and intentionally giving me no chance of winning due to expired cupon very dishonest and unfair

It's not the about won its the ammoutthe took redemig expired cupon purposly knowing they were going to deny cash outlandish and they manually addedi it after it expired and basically removed any chances of being able to win had i used 2free chips or violated the rules they instantly void winnings knowingly deciving and taking the expired cupon required knowingly overriding the system to put mei in a lose only situation fromthe 7th overa week i asked even and was told its good and i iplay regularly in most of their casinos this is the most deceptive thing I've seen they did it and its only fair they return all deosit oncupon xpired after the 6th
