Case summary

The player from New Zealand had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hadn’t been received yet. She said her account was fully verified, she had completed the bonus wagering requirement, and the casino was delaying payment while citing a separate max bet rule that was not clearly shown to her. We asked for more details and evidence, but she did not respond to our follow-up messages and reminders. As a result, we closed the complaint for now because we could not continue the investigation without her cooperation.

I played and won $4,000 NZD at Let's Lucky Casino. When I tried to withdraw:

1. First withdrawal attempt → declined — NOTHING said about breaking any rules

2. Second withdrawal attempt → declined — STILL no mention of any rule

3. Only THEN — suddenly they claimed I "breached maximum bet rules"

This is NOT fair — here's why:

• I played for 5-6 HOURS — at NO time did they show me any limit, warning, or message

• I checked their Terms & Conditions — there is NO clear max bet limit written. They said i was betting to much.

• They only made this claim after I tried to get my money

• My bank details work perfectly on other trusted sites — it was NEVER my details

• Their live chat is unavailable — I can't speak to anyone

• I emailed their complaints team — no proper proof or reply yet

I am asking for my FULL $4,000 NZD.

They invented this excuse to not pay. Please help me get what is rightfully mine.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for this withdraw with excuses each time.

Dear Rizzel07,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center

"I fully met the wagering requirement shown on my bonus — that's why I was able to request withdrawal in the first place. This 'max bet limit' is a separate issue that was NEVER clearly displayed to me while playing. I had no idea it existed."

They didn't confiscate my winnings from this but they are delaying paying me as its been nearly 2 weeks now since I made my first withdrawal request.

My accounts fully verified.

I played through the bonus that was requested.
