logged back online and onto the casino and check the promotions page then pick a fish and caught a bonus deposit with free spins. I followed the links as instructed and proceeded with my deposit. Hours later there still no bonus spins. When I go to call on live support there was never any follow up after expressing this occurrence…

I think little of this and go play mode more but then go check out the live games- my favourite!


Shortly after some good hands I went to call on support immediately following the rejection of my bet in a blackjack game cause the game withdraw my money and left me with a 0.60 balance.


I get connected with a different agent and go on to share the series of occurrences that’s been had throughout the day… her name is Elma/Alma acknowledges my complaints and asked for a min to look into it… when she returns she mentions nothing of any my complaints but asks about -0.25!? Firstly I’m thinking where would this come!? And what does this have to do with any my needs!? The presence of discernment and the dismissing of my concerns admittedly got a little frustrating. I had to reiterate the nature of my complaint but couldn’t keep this agent with dialogue 


At this point I figure fuck it… I would like to request a refund; not for the hundreds spent this past while but simply for the deposit bonus that was never received…. Get this and go figure:


Now, I’m restricted from accessing the site…. Pffft like they’re the only site or maybe perhaps there’s belief the site is untouchable and free from any accountability or criticisms for poor-everything

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Would it be possible to send the exact terms of the bonus you claimed? How much is your current casino balance? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if a bonus was not credited, the player is not supposed to use the deposited balance until the matter is resolved as it basically means you agree with it's state.

my account has been verified for months now and I’ve been a very regular gamer on this platform


thinking back and with reference to my to transaction history there have been double charges to my online banking and not accredited but deposited pending. I am not wealthy but financially secure… I have lots going on and forget balances, deposits pending etc. ComeOn has been with practices and policies unethical by standards for conserved satisfaction. That is my opinion of them and have documented the series of illegal doings and wish to undergo a legal process to put this out there and make other consumers aware!

when I last saw my gaming balance was depleted. Nothing and I’m fine with that I feel the system and its operators manipulate the games with codes and rob players of their money! As mentioned in my complaint the game rejected my bet but took my money why would you think there would be any money there? But in fairness to answer your question when I last saw prior to be restricted from the app mere Pennie’s.
