However, when they attempted to withdraw their winnings, their account was blocked and they were accused of fraud by the casino. The casino had retained the player's 1800 USD winnings. Despite the player's attempts to communicate with the casino and provide proof of fair play, the casino did not respond. The player had then reached out to the casino's Licensing Authority for further action. The complaint had been closed by the Complaints Team as they awaited the decision of the regulator.

Hello I had a great win of 2000 usd and i give my VIP MANAGER a tip of 50 usd for this great win Maria is my VIP MANAGER at this CASINO.


I ask for withdrawal and suddenly this casino send me message that is a fraud etc etc and without any prof and documentation the block my account and seals my 1800 usd.

This is TOTTALY SCAM unfair and unlegal.

I ask for help to solve this case and give my 1800 usd withdrawal

Hi I have been playing at this casino for a time now .. I have playd same game many times and olso other slots .


My highs win was in December with same game 1000x wins 5 usd bet 5000 usd I withdrawal 3500 of that and I got that olso after I Tip 500 usd to my vip manager as a great bonus 😀 and all was good ...


And 2day ago I depsoit and win 2000 usd and had pending 100 usd withdrawal and suddenly thay send me message that thay block my account etc etc due to FRAUD HOW IS THIS possible I show bet I'd prof all is fair play game and this make my such frustration....


I had never this problem at this casino but suddenly this happen !


I did not play om casino BONUS I had my depsoit without any bonues and without any restrictions on withdrawal our wager.


It's just tottal legal bets I had and tottaly fair I win and now thay block me.


Even I ask for 1200 withdrawal and remaining balance i will use to play but no respons just block me.


I ask for documents of what FRAUD THAY MEAN no respons just same message that I am blocked.


I ask for all help to be given me my win please this is fair win ...


There licenses provider need to be inform about this and all documentation of what fraud the says I did I want to see full document of that ... I have told them NO fraud have been did and I when can't understand them this is seed crypto fairplay game with fully fairness check so this is nothing els then a mistake from them and thay need to pay me all win even now olso I ask here olso once thay give my 1800 balance back I will WITHDRAWAL 1200 AND PLAY 600 USD if I lose I lose if I win I win.... so please help

I request dear CASINOguru that further action to Curaçao Games need to be alerted of this kind of scam casino that is doing and licens provider ned to take action Instantly about providing licens to that kind of casinos.


Either close there license instantly our reopen account that is legally wins and payout the withdrawal. Before many other members will end up happy wins and then the casino will close account and take there money !!

Coins.game is still not replaying there is not any prof that i did fraud... due to I have NoT did any fraud.


I ask kindly Casino Guru to further set this casino to high risk casino and make a strong complaint to Curaçao Games to instantly cancel the LICENSE THAY use ...this kind of scam need to be stopp....
