I am trying to get my withdrawal for 6 days for now.
I have 2 withdrawals:
1st 04.02.2022 - 150 EUR through Pisatrix
2nd 05.02.2022 - 135 EUR through Piastrix
Both of them have "Peding" state right now.
I have used Piastix and Mastercad for deposits and my profile fully verified.
Support agents are completely useless, all that thay say is - "We are currently experiencing technical issues"
I am don't use bonuses or something strange, just want to get my winnings
Their T&C says about withrawals - This depends on the selected payment method and the verification of your account. In most cases its happens instantly. Bank transfers can take up to 2-3 working days.
Piastix is a E-wallet and all payments should be instant
