The player from Ohio was facing issues withdrawing the winnings from a no deposit bonus. Despite having verified the identity and submitted the withdrawal request several times, it kept getting declined without any specified reasons by the casino. The waiting period was also extended each time the withdrawal request was made. We had advised the player to wait for at least 14 days after the withdrawal request, as it's normal for such transactions to take some time. However, the player failed to respond to our messages for further assistance, so we were unable to investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint.

I signed up & used a no deposit bonus. I won with it and completed the play through (max cash out $100). I had to deposit 5$ in Litecoin before I could withdraw via coin draw. That was the only option I was given for withdrawal at that time. 2/28 I requested the withdrawal for the 1st time. Within an hour it was put back into the account, transaction history declined. I never got an email saying why so I chatted with customer support. They had me verify my identity which I did already, then did again. She said I was welcome to re-request it now that I was verified.. 2/29 I requested it for the 2nd time. It sat in pending status until 3/3. During this time I chatted again & asked what to expect. They said it could take up to seven days. 3/3 Transaction history changed to declined, never got an email saying why so I chatted with support who said it was approved I just had to submit it again. So 3/3 I requested it again. After about five hours I chatted with Support and asked why I had to submitted it again what was going on what to expect from here. They said it can take up to 7 days. I said I originally submitted it 2/28 and asked why they just keep declining, making me resubmitted & tacking on another 7 days. They clearly advertise that with coin you can have it instantaneously if that’s how you choose to receive It. I got no answer just some general reassurance from them that they was working as quickly as possible. so I guess if I have no further issues and I get the payout, I will go in and do a good review but as of now I can see them letting it sit for five days declining it, asking me to resubmit and then telling me it will be another seven days

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
