I’ve been trying to withdraw £1000 for a while now. The casino keeps on saying "withdrawal rejected". When I question why, they said that the withdrawal was automatically rejected due to them being busy. I’ve tried to follow this up multiple times via email and live chat but get told just to "wait". This is a lot of money and I very much need the withdrawal.

Is it your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified? Did you accumulate your balance from real money or did you use a bonus too?

Please note that we usually advise to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to be processed as it may take longer in some casinos to finish the verification process.

I’ve had multiple withdrawal requests before and all rejected (but not from previous dates all on this time). The money is all real money and I’ve had no active bonuses. My account is also fully verified.

There has been no response from the casino so far. I will attempt to contact them again.

In the meantime, please let me know if there are any developments.


We would like to ask Casobet Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but without success. As the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without cooperation from its side.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach.
