Hello, i have used this casino at the passed and i had no problem, today i deposited with my debit card and after some wins i requested a withdraw of 160 euro, they canceled it and when i asked they tell me that they cant withdraw to my card and i need to make a deposit with an other method in order to withdraw( i have deposited in bnb and withdraw in the past but they tell me i cant withdraw to bnb now although bongo and betmaster which are the same casino withdraws of bnb work just fine). Because i froze my account i cant deposit for a month so they tell me i need to wait it to expire so i can withdraw. So casino guru i would like your help so the casino pays me in bnb which i had used in this casino again because they can pay me.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Keisrina I sended you an email with our conversations. I am a player in the other two casinos of the same company and i can withdraw with bnb crypto, they even use the same wallet, so i am sure they can pay me in bnb. I dont know why they dont do it
