Good evening, I have been trying to make a withdrawal for three days and it keeps getting cancelled. I have alerted them, and they have forwarded it to their specialists and they have escalated my case. They reminded me that it might take up to 5 business days to get it resolved. Each day I try to make a withdrawal, but it always gets cancelled. According to the reviews I read afterwards, unfortunately, I found that many others have experienced the same thing. I don't know if they ever received their money back, or if this tactic they use for alleged technical problems is designed to make you lose it. Transactions via blockchain are instantly lodged... just as I deposited and they saw it instantly, withdrawals should be performed in the same way. Also, something that caused me intense anxiety about the integrity of Casinoin is that they do not mention anywhere on the website their operating license. Also, their Terms of Use do not mention the casino's business name or license at all, referring to it as a 'company.' From a legal perspective, these terms are not valid... Their website has no license, and I think they operate without regulation and without being checked by anyone. Hence, I don't see how an 8/10 rating applies when the basic prerequisites for security and user protection are not met. I don't know if the whole delay is another coincidence or a sign that they are fraudsters. I await your comments and possibly some assistance on this matter.
Καλησπέρα, προσπαθώ να κάνω ανάληψη εδώ και τρεις ημέρες και συνεχώς ακυρώνεται. Τους ενημέρωσα και το έχουν προωθήσει στους ειδικούς τους και ότι έχουν κλιμακώσει την υπόθεση μου και μου υπενθύμισαν ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί έως και 5 εργάσιμες για να διευθετηθεί. Κάθε μερα προσπαθώ να κάνω ανάληψη αλλά ακυρώνεται πάντα. Σύμφωνα με τις κριτικές που διάβασα δυστυχώς μετά, διαπίστωσα ότι συνέβη και σε πολλούς άλλους. Δεν ξέρω αν τα πήραν ποτε τα χρήματα τους πίσω ή με αυτή την ταχτική που εφαρμόζουν δήθεν για τεχνικά προβλήματα αποσκοπούν στο να τα χάσεις. Η συναλλαγές μέσω blockchain γίνονται αμέσως… όπως εγώ κατάθεσα και τα είδαν άμεσα έτσι θα έπρεπε με τον ίδιο τρόπο να γίνεται η ανάληψη. Επίσης κάτι που μου δημιούργησε έντονα ανησυχια για την εντιμότητα του Casinoin είναι ότι δεν αναφέρει πουθενά την άδεια λειτουργίας του στον ιστότοπο. Επίσης στους όρους χρήσης δεν αναφέρει πουθενά την επωνυμία του καζίνο αλλά ούτε και την άδεια του και αναφέρεται ως ´»εταιρία», από νομικής άποψης οι όροι αυτοί δεν ισχύουν…. Η ιστοσελίδα τους δεν έχει καμμία άδεια και νομίζω λειτουργούν ανεξελεγχτα και χωρίς να τους ελέγχει κάποιος. Οπότε το 8/10 αξιολόγηση δεν ξέρω πως προκύπτει όταν δεν τηρούνται οι βασικές προϋποθέσεις ασφαλείας και προστασίας του χρήστη. Δεν ξέρω αν όλη η καθυστέρηση είναι άλλη μια σύμπτωση ή μια ένδειξη ότι είναι απατεώνες. Αναμένω τα σχόλια σας και πιθανόν κάποια βοήθεια στο θέμα.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Regarding the withdrawals, I have received 60% in installments because they have a limit of €500. Most of the time I was facing system problem. Then they told me to deposit 50 Usdt to transfer the money from BNB to Usdt and withdraw from there. Then they asked me for kyc verification, then I had problems in the system again. In general there are always problems when it comes to withdrawals... I still have €1150 to withdraw while we are already dealing with 13 days from the first withdrawal request and the first problems to be able to get 100%.

Μετά μου είπαν να καταθέσω 50 Usdt για να μεταφέρουν τα χρήματα από BNB σε Usdt και να κάνω ανάληψη από εκεί. Μετά μου ζητήσανε kyc verification, μετά είχα πάλι προβλήματα στο σύστημα. Γενικά υπάρχουν μονίμως προβλήματα όσο αφορά τις αναλήψεις… έχω ακόμα 1150€ να κάνω ανάληψη ενώ ήδη ασχολούμε 13 ημέρες από το πρώτο αίτημα ανάληψης και τα πρώτα προβλήματα για να μπορέσω να πάρω το 100%.

Επίσης αναφέρεται στα πλεονεκτήματα του casino υψηλά όρια ανάληψης. Δεν ισχύει σε καμία περίπτωση. Μπορείς να κάνεις αναλήψεις με όριο 500€, η οποία η πρώτη δεν έχει χρεώσεις. Και από εκεί και πέρα μπορείς αθροιστικά να κάνεις μέχρι και 2000€ ανά ημέρα αλλά με χρεώσεις 5%. Δηλαδή αν θες να κάνεις ανάληψη 2000€ θα πρέπει να κάνεις 4 φορές ανάληψη από 500€ στις 3 τελευταίες θα σου κρατήσουν προμήθεια 5%. Δηλαδή θα πάρεις από τα 2000€ τα 1925€. Προμήθεια 75€!!!! Βέβαια αν καταφέρεις να κάνεις την πρώτη ανάληψη θα είναι κατόρθωμα διότι οι πιθανότητες να απορριφθεί για κάποιο λόγο ειναι τεράστιες!! Δεν ξέρω αν εσείς σαν μια έμπειρη ομάδα τα θεωρείτε φυσιολογικά αυτά και αν ναι αξίζει 8/10?
