We attempted to investigate the case, but due to the player's lack of response to our inquiries, we were unable to proceed further. The complaint was rejected due to this lack of communication.

This is a scam casino, never play here, they will take all your money!!! Casinobit blocked my account allegedly for multiaccounts, but that's a lie! I only had 1 account. They don't even want to pay me my deposit

I have made deposits in the amount of $300, but they don't want to withdraw even that money!

I sent them my documents to get my deposit back, but they stopped responding to me!

We will contact the casino and ask for supporting evidence, but, before we do so, could you please advise if, to the best of your knowledge, there’s a possibility that someone else from your family members or neighbors has opened an account from the same IP address or device as yours or using your email address?

  • Was your account previously verified?
