Ok, I play and manage to reach this amount, I cash out so 250 eu, but it's been 13 days that it's been pending, nothing happens, I've sent messages by email, no one answers such point that I wonder if this email address exists. Hello Nick, in fact since on their site there is no section where documents are filed (another thing among so many other abnormal ones), I asked them by email or sent them, again having no response and being sure it's a scam, I didn't give it to them without at least getting a response from them.
My money should have been with a bonus (100eu +200, it was 200%), but I never saw a penny from the bonus, so it's real money.
I was never able to speak with them, they never answered me, the only email received was to tell me that the minimum withdrawal was 250, I only had 200, then I went up to 250, but there is absolute silence.

Seems strange that they did not request any documents yet to verify. I believe that you probably won't be able to process the withdrawal without finishing the verification process. When was the last time you contacted the casino?
Maybe it would worth a try to submit them your verification documents to their e-mail before even they would ask for it.

Ty tomas , I will never see this money again, but why do you keep this scammers with a reputation of 5.1 when it is a huge scam that obviously should have the minimum rating. It can push people to play it when they will never see 1 euro of their money again. It would be really good for the gaming community if it could be lowered as soon as possible.
