Dear sir/madam,
I deposited 500 inr to casino days through paytmbank 30/12/2021, 8.46pm.
Still now I didn't get anything, casino chatting support department told me amount will intiated again again same answer, otherwise nothing, support mail department also told me same story 24 hours wait or patience,raise the ticket already, more than 30 times, simple amount but,it's my money I can't leave this amount. Already 64 hours gone, still they told me your amount will intiated..my bank side no problem, I already discussed bank, clearance ok , they try to cheat me, kindly request sir I want my money back, 3 days only trying casino days no use , poor casino May be don't have in casino drawer,I trust casino, please do some action, I m waiting for you valuable answer,

Do you have any receipt from the deposit? Did you try to send it to the casino? Did you claim any bonus alongside with the deposit?
