Yesterday (30-7-2023). Ι make account in this casino (Casinia Casino).I make a low deposit (10€) to check the casino and I lost my 10€. Also they gave me grab bonus (from this I won 40 free spins 1euro each spin), after finish my free spins i had in my bonus balance 8.95€.To convert this money in real balance my wagering progress was 358€ ( 8.95€ x 40). I play many hours and I was lucky so i hit the target 358€ and have 117.14€ but these money, bugged and no convert in real balance after finish my wagering progress and disappeared from my account.I waiting now over 31 hours , I send email , speak with support, but all these people maybe troll me. Big casino problems like these, will solve it in a few minutes.

Hello Nick, for my account no need verify and the people from casinia support, which talk sunday never ask me document for verification , also check the photo



I spoke with support sunday and told me knew the report and will soon answer me , but now close 2 days and no have any new from casinia in my mail.


I sent yesterday my two last spins before bugged my balance. need all my history? ( is over 5 hours the activity)
