The player from Canada has requested a withdrawal two weeks ago. It has been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I made a deposit at Casimba Casino and withdrew my funds on May 22, 2021. I have not received any payment. I contacted the Casino support, and said my bank probably didn't process the payment. So I contacted my bank, and they have said that there are no pending deposits or holds on any of my accounts.

The next day I chatted Casimba support and they said they were having an "issue processing withdrawals" and that I would be "contacted by the relevant department when any updates are available".


Now, 14 days later, I chatted support again and they have said that their payment processor is having trouble processing CAD payments and that I will be "contacted by the relevant department when any updates are available". I have chatted with support every day since then and have received the exact same reply, but still no word from the "relevant department".


There is no phone number to call, only email and chat. Problem is the chat support doesn't really do anything and I have been waiting on an email with "updates from the relevant department" for two weeks now.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Have you been offered any alternative payment method to receive your winnings?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
