Now I have won and wanted to have the winnings paid out via bank transfer
I always get the error message that I have to use the same payment method to be able to withdraw.
However, the bank transfer deposit method does not exist.
I was in the chat for 44 minutes and wanted you to activate me at Bank Transfer in order to withdraw my winnings.
I also have no way of uploading documents
I have already sent an email to support. Nothing so far
If my account is verified, I should be able to use any payment method to withdraw.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.
Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?

It is fast, safe and you can always convert bitcoin to cash and ultimately move it to a bank account.
