The bonus blitz casino I opened up an account and I got 50 free spins and one like $15 to meet all the wager requirements I had to turn it into $150 so I did that and then kept playing it a little bit more till like 250 and then it turned into $100 and so when I noticed it turned into $100 I knew I met all the way to requirements in terms and conditions of the bonus and so I requested a withdrawal a payout so after requesting the payout I received an email that the payout process takes 72 hours so then I email them back asking is there anything I could do to make the process quicker like do I have to verify the account first and I receive the email back saying that the payout process for the withdrawal take 72 hours if there's anything else the bank wants they will inform me by email so 72 hours pass nothing so I start contacting the customer service and contacting the 24/7 support chat you know asking them what's going on the 24th or seven support chat says they can't check on the stats of a withdrawal only the bank team can so I emailed the bank team and they just keep sending me the same automatic response email that the withdrawal request take 72 hours so then I receive an email saying that I have to verify my account and I have 3 days to do so since I received this email and if not complete within the three days the funds will be forfeited so I send in the documents I asked for I send to the bank team I sent them to the support I even gave the 24-hour show support chat on the casino in the documents and then on that third day I received an email saying that my account has been verified now the withdrawal process can begin well that was two days ago and my withdrawal request is still not been processed it hasn't even been looked at it's still under requested if you look on the screenshots and I uploaded it'll show at the bottom the date and time I requested the payout and that it's still under requested not under review or processed I can't get anybody to communicate with me now and I think that's kind of unfair I waited about a week sent in all the documents they asked me do I've done everything I asked me to and I'm just trying to withdraw this 50 dollars so I could redeposited it with another bonus code to get some more free spins I don't know why they make it so hard to do that

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Okay I filed the complaint 4 days ago I requested the withdrawal on 4/28/23 last night I threw 24/7 chat talking with a support team member I finally was able to get some useful information out of him and he told me that there's no supervisor there or no manager but to email management at bonus blitz.com and I did so literally the email address is management@bonusblitz.com and I explained to them that I requested a payout since then I got my account verified I received an email saying that the documents I sent in were accepted in the withdrawal process has started and every time I check that my payout request is still under the requested state what's going on I did not receive an email back but earlier this morning my payout request went through and my withdrawal went to my cash app so does if you dealing with bonus splits and the similar situation email management@bonusblitz.com so thank you guys that casino guru I appreciate all the help and hopefully this is the last time I have to submit a complaint
