I've been promised my earnings of $6020.00 for weeks. I contacted this online casino many times trying to see the status of my earnings and I continued to get the run around. I finally called and I was told that my earnings of $6020.00 was voided and only a $1000.00 would be wire deposited into my account. This is truly unfair after I've trusted this site with my funds to play there games!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.


I have had a look at your account and it looks like when you deposited you claimed a a match bonus as well.


In our T&C's we state that any match bonus claimed over 100%, withdrawls will be capped to $1000.00


"6.2 Match Bonus offers greater than 100% are subject to a maximum withdrawal amount of $1,000 and need to be wagered through 60X. The remaining balance will be voided."
