I requested a withdraw the 17th of November for $1400 I claimed a 200% bonus on 20 dollars so I'm aloud to withdraw 1000. I had a a free spins bonus and I can withdraw 150 max from that and then spent my loyalty points an won another 150 max cashout so that's 1300 I should be aloud to withdraw all the playthrough was met. They have sent it back to me 2 times now they just now sent it back this morning and won't respond

this is the last thing I've heard from them and so today I messaged the live chat asking for an update an they said come back December 20th for an update with that is cutting it way to close to Christmas I didn't plan on it taking this long at all any other casino I've played at I've never had this happen and idk if they are a scam or not an if I should quit playing here. Have you helped people get money from blacklotus before?? Should I quit expecting anything and not play here anymore? Hi Peter


In summary, there were some back and forth issues with the payment of the funds due to insufficient BTC deposits, and then paying via wire transfer which was returned due to his bank not accepting international transfers. The $1000 was paid on the 13th December to his JP Morgan account and should reflect soon if it hasn't already.

The reason there will be no further funds paid is due to claiming consecutive bonuses rule which voids any winnings from the bonuses in question.
