The player from Spain was playing with a No Deposit bonus. He submitted the required documents to verify his account, but his winnings have been confiscated. Casino stopped responding.
On January 2, I wanted to check the reality of black lotus that they give a bonus without deposit, which if you exceed their requirements you can withdraw, for a bonus of 21 euros that they gave me, I had to make 1,440.00 euros to be able to withdraw it, a maximum of 150 euros.
Well I overcame it and was left with an output of more than 230 euros, which they kept and they only left 150 euros to withdraw, 2 days after being awaiting verification after having fed all my documentation, the casino updated and put me reversed and my payment is this to zero and it won't let me do anything.
For the record, to get all this I had to spend more than 24 hours in a row playing, without sleeping without attending to my family a lot of effort to be deceived like that.

When I got the money and withdrawn it, the casino sent me a message giving me the good news and telling me that my withdrawal would be 2 days, held for the administration to validate it, send the documentation that they asked me and at the casino the withdrawal was pending.
After 3 days the status of my withdrawal changes from pending to invested and I no longer get 150 euros in balance or anywhere.
But they have not sent me any email, nor if there was something wrong or giving me any reason, I contacted support but they did not answer me anymore with several emails.
With a lot of effort and more than 24 consecutive hours without sleep, I earned that money, it is unfair that they do this to us
