Hello.This is the false cassino I came across.Their excuses are related to theirs. Players do not read rules.The following happened to me.I deposited 30 euros and activated the bonus. Then I played a game that accepts my bonus.I won 4000 euros and asked for a withdrawal and they became 3875. This is pure money that I have to take.Upon request, I received the following message:


Dear Ivan,


 


As part of our regular withdrawal review process, we noticed a breach of our terms and conditions regarding irregular and systemic bets. 


 


Our Terms and Conditions prohibit placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the deposit amount.


 


 


 


We have therefore canceled your withdrawal request and removed the winnings accordingly. 


Your last deposit has now been reinstated and can be found in your casino balance. Your current balance is: 30.00 EUR


Why when I play with real money and a bonus there is a limit to the games.Some games do not have a bonus. And in other games you can play with a bonus. There is a limit and a limit.Why there is no betting limit.I played and won without knowing what was allowed. „"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.

Using Martingale, double-up and similar systems and strategies."

Our position closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets: The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

I am sorry, but the maximum allowed bet has clearly been breached. We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time if you placed bet higher than allowed. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
