i made a $20 Dollar deposit on bitspinwin for the game Fire Kirin Won $2000 Paid me $150 but have refused any other payments after i request them. it has been 7 days with same answers from there live chat and no more Withdrawals. any Help would be greatly appreciated

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I still need you assistance and I have only had 3 withdrawals and I have copy's of the messages back and forth with there chat and screenshots of my balance. Also I can get you copy's of the 3 withdrawals if you would like. Also they said I have requested so many withdrawals which I can only once in 24 hrs that the withdrawal amount exceeds my game balance and reject any request cause they say there isn't enough in game account which I know is wrong because they even confirmed my balance through chat!

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will close the complaint as "unresolved" which will decrease the casino rating. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the change in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. Also, the casino is not licensed, so I cannot recommend you to contact any Gaming Authority.
