Good afternoon. I would like to file a complaint about the Bitsler casino. Previously, I used this casino's services without any problems, making deposits and withdrawals. However, my latest payment of $5,300 is being delayed. The withdrawal request was made to my regular USDT Tether wallet. The day before, payments were automatically made to my wallet.


Considering that I spent $10,000 on deposits in the last 2 days, the delay in payment of $5,300 seems like disrespect to the player.


When I contacted support, two managers informed me that the payment is undergoing a standard check. However, when I asked about the deadline for the check to be completed, I was told "as soon as possible" without specifying dates and times.


I request that the casino provides me with detailed information explaining:


1) When will the payment be made to my wallet?


2) What is the reason for the delay in my payment?


3) The casino is positioned as a casino with instant payouts. I want to understand why this casino is violating its own promises.


4) I want clarification from the casino on why payments of more than $5,000 are being delayed while smaller payments are processed instantly.


I believe that this is not a good precedent since I have researched information about this site and found similar complaints. Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified in the past?


It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hello, Petronela. Thank you for considering my complaint. It has been over a day since the payment status is "processing". I haven't been asked for KYC or verification. I have made successful withdrawals without verification for a year, although I did provide my details. As far as I understand, Bitsler does not practice such verification since all games are conducted through cryptocurrency. However, I may be mistaken.


Today, I asked the support team and received the following responses:

1) "Sorry for the delay, Sir. We hope the payout will be processed, but we will inform you here when it happens."

2) "As we have explained, sometimes delayed withdrawals require manual verification, not instant approval as usual. This is a normal procedure that sometimes happens, and there is nothing to worry about. I know it can be frustrating for players, but we do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible."


I asked for specific details. If manual approval is required, how long does it take? However, I did not receive a specific and clear response.


The problem is that the information that should be provided to the player is simply unavailable. Meanwhile, Bitsler has time to provide me with a bonus (which I understand is subject to wagering), in the same currency in which I played.


I would very much like such scenarios to be criticized by both players and community representatives.


In this situation, the casino is withholding cryptocurrency for an indefinite period without explaining the reasons (while advertising "instant withdrawal" on all platforms).
