Hello, I saw bitcasio.io with an offer on the forum and I decided to join. When I first joined, they announced that I would receive a 20% cashback if I lost my first deposit within 7 days, so I signed up. I deposited about $800 and unfortunately I lost all the money but up to now they still haven't refunded my cashback. Then I chat with support and they said I have to email them but I sent many emails but they do not answer me

yes i deposited about 800$ for the first deposit then i lost everything i chose the promotion they asked me to verify my account identity was also verified because my bitcasino registration email met There was a problem so I used my secondary email to contact them but they said they wouldn't support me via secondary email which is unreasonable.
