The player from Canada requested a withdrawal via check, but the casino is asking for documents which she would like to refrain from providing. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I requested a check but have to give credit card and bank information before releasing check. Why do they need that info. That is why I requested a check ....safer. do they really need my security code on back of credit card and account authorization form for this type of payout!

Do I understand correctly that the casino is asking for your whole card number to be visible?
Have you provided any other documents? Have you ever made a successful withdrawal?
