So my friend from another country recommended this site, saying it was great. I tried accessing it, but first I asked customer support if my country was allowed. They said my country was welcome, haha. I still read through their terms, and my country wasn’t listed as restricted, so I went ahead and tried to create an account. But when I tried logging in, it wouldn’t work, it just kept loading. I contacted customer support again, and suddenly they said I wasn’t welcome. They even gave me a link to read. When I checked it, it said my country was only restricted for poker, not for account creation. So I confronted them, and they said they’d escalate the issue. A few days later, they suddenly told me I wasn’t allowed to create an account after all. Their customer support is just really confusing.

At Bettson's partner "racebets" I signed up by mistake because I'm not a fan of horse racing. I had 30€ credit on the account which I wanted to withdraw. For verification, I sent my identity card, bill from the electricity provider and a bank statement. Instead of my account being verified, I got a message that there would be discrepancies between my date of birth and the data on the ID card and that I should send a bank statement again with my bank details, which I already did. For me it's a chicane and I don't give a damn about the 30€ and prefer to publish my opinion here. Now I wrote another email with my documents to racebets and received an email from Bettson that my email address is unknown and cannot be processed.
