Make withdrawl on 11/02 45000 it still showing pending whenever I asked customer support says our financial support resolve it and inform you shortly.now 10 day already completed it still showing pending neither I got my money neither they cancel and back to my balance in past I have no issue for withdrawl but this time it's frastatute and irrerating me

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

My account is fully verified and on past I withdraw money 2 or 3 time but on that time I didn't face problem it's received only in 48 hours but this time it's still show in pending and on 10/02 they reject my withdraw and say I fill incorrect detail but in past I fill as same as this time

The player had inputed incorrect bank information. Our dedicated support agent promptly addressed this matter, guiding the player through the process of submitting a new withdrawal request with the accurate information.


The other delay was a result of a global maintenance period affecting all our service providers, which unfortunately coincided with the withdrawal request. Consequently, the processing was temporarily halted during this period.


Presently, the ongoing issue pertains to the payment provider itself, specifically concerning bank transfers with Indian Local Bank. Despite our continued efforts to resolve the matter, the resolution timeframe is contingent upon the payment provider's technical issues.


However, to ensure a seamless experience for the player, we took action and facilitated an exception by offering an alternative payment method. This approach allowed the player to proceed with the withdrawal without having to wait for the resolution of the issue with the initial payment provider.


We are pleased to inform you that the withdrawal has been successfully processed through Skrill, and the funds have been transferred to the player's account. This matter is now resolved, and the player has received their funds without any further delays.

My case is resolved now on date 22/02 via other mathod of withdrawl customer support name JASPER explain me each thing and helping me for my withdrawl via another method bcause they face technical issue for Indian Bank Transfer
