When I check the status of my withdrawal request, specifically asking when can I expect to receive my winnings, I'm told be patient. But today, Sylaphine (that's the name the person gave when I asked), says to me... Tip me and you will get ur withdrawal immediately. Well that's what they said when I first had to dep. $20 to prove I'm not a robot. Then when I win and want to withdraw, I had to pay the tax fee. Then I will get my winnings in 5mins- 48 hours. Those times came and went. I'm told that first I'm number 8000+ in the queue. Then the next day, I'm in the 10000+ position in the queue. I'm going farther away from getting my winnings. Huh? Anyway, I think they are scamming me as they probably did a lot of ppl. And it seems they're getting away with it. They should be stopped. On facebook they go by a different name. Imma have to get that so I can post about them.

Hello. Ok so I tried again to get them to pay me my winnings. "Be patient" is what I was told. Words were exchanged and they blocked me from being able to chat. So I tried their other method of contact which took me to 2 different messengers. 1st one didn't help, words exchanged and then blocked. 2nd messenger person made as if they were going to help. Went to check my acct, then said I needed to withdraw the whole amount. I did request the full amount. What happened was, I wanted to play more while I wait for my winnings to go to my bank acct. The agent said he'll put 20$ on so I can play while they process my $600 request. So with that 20$, I kept winning. I got it up to 1800$. That's what the person whom I was messaging with was taking about. He kept telling me that I have to withdraw all the money. I tried to explain that I don't have the "tax fee" that they make you pay before they even start the process of withdrawal. He kept harassing me to withdraw all the money. Telling me to listen what he said. I got annoyed and made the 2nd request to withdraw of 1800$. Right after I did that, he said now you pay the fee. I told him, I don't have the money like I told you. He said go work or go borrow the money! Wtf! Then he blocked me. I have no way to check the status of my first request that I did pay the "tax fee" on. I need help. I need that money that I won fair and square. Please help and thank you.
