Still no funds aince the 7th of november. I've been in touch with their livechat and e-mails support and The only answer everytime is "Your account is undergoing routine check therefore withdrawal processing is delayed. Once we have more information about it we will notify you."
They are not answering me by e-mail anymore, I've tried every day to reach out to them with a new e-mail but it's just silence from their side.
