Hello, I created an account at Betnuvo a while back. I had confirmation my account was verified as the email states, however, I tried to with £220 on 29/08 and it bounced back on 30/08 starting they want to see the outside of the passport cover, slightly bizarre. I have sent that and the time has elapsed the 24 hours promised. I have a bad gut feeling about this and would appreciate if you could confirm if anyone has been paid out by this company before?


More than happy to close this at any point the funds arrive or my account is verified

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
