I have been waiting 6 days for a withdrawal when 6 days ago I had a premission error, my account was verified.

I contacted support but I can not get a logical answer from them except that they are waiting 6 days for a response from their team of experts ... I hope this message reaches the right factors and I will can withdraw My money

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

im can not complete my withdraw request its not working..

i dont waiting for the money to appears in my accaount im waiting for an answer why i can not withdraw at all its telling me "premission error".

and also i can not change the withdraw method its only by the card that i paid with .

i will attach screenshot to explain better.
