iv made some deposits and made withdrawals over the Christmas and due to banks been closed for Christmas I continued to play I managed to get up to 6500 and played it down to 6000 ..1st withdrawal was 22nd off 700 and withdrawd and next was Christmas day off 300 friday 1000 and Saturday a 1000 I got 3000 the sunday 29/12/19 so total off 6000 ....when I ask chat what's going on the hang up and I emailed support and security@betitall.com and they refuse to reply chat say I reached my withdrawal limit and hang up with leaving me frustrated with not knowing when there paying out and nothing mentioned in terms and conditions only that 4000 a day withdrawal limit all my withdrawals are less than that per day

hi Josef they released 2000 on Thursday and a 1000 on friday and nothing since when I hounded them again on monday they came back asked me for documents I sent them and nothing yesterday and today got a email to set up a neteller account and cancel my withdrawal and try it to neteller...they are doing everything not to pay and wont answer and emails or questions I'm asking
