I requested two separate withdrawals both for £500 each. The first one was on the 25th October and the second was on the 1st November 2024. I have not received either of them despite contacting betfoxx several times. Each time I contact them there seems to be another excuse in order to delay payment.

Hi. Thank you for replying.

I have uploaded all documents requested. They sent an email yesterday asking for reverse side of my driving licence which I sent again by email.

I am unsure if it was partly bonus money or just deposit. I spoke on live chat 2 days ago. They sent me an email address and I sent f an email to them but I haven't received a reply yet.

If your account has not been verified yet, I recommend following the casino's instructions and submitting all the required documents. Please note that until the verification is complete, your withdrawal request is unlikely to be processed.

Keep in mind that both the verification process and withdrawals can take up to 14 days.
