Welp, I am sure that you are tired of trying to deal with Betflip but I do not know where else to turn in order to try to resolve this. I have fallen victim to them, I presume like many others. I know that winning cases against them seem to be few and far in between. Anyhow, pretty standard issues. I deposited just over $2,000 dollars, the first issue I had was with their rollover. They limited me to placing tiny wagers but I had that massive rollover and a time limit to complete it, was mathematically impossible with the limits imposed on me. Oh well that happens, next was KYC. That took forever but I finally got them to respond enough to get my KYC completed. THEN came the unable to withdraw, the constant rejections and now being unable to get in contact with them. Live chat is gone and no emails are getting replies. My current balance is $6074.96 and my goal is to get it all out one way or another. I would be more than happy to forward the KYC ordeal from my email. I also can take screenshots of my deposit and three failed withdraws if needed🙂 Thank you in advance for taking the time to look this over

Hello bmarley,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with BetFlip Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hello thank you for picking up my case. My account was fully verified on August 7th, it was a back and forth from June 6th to August 7th to get verified, as I had to keep resubmitting documents to them. As for bonus I have a correspondence with them explaining that I did not want the bonus when I deposited but it was automatically added to my account. With that being said that conversation essentially entailed my confusion on how I was given the bonus when I did not apply any code to my deposit. I go on to try and understand the bonus they gave me because no matter what I tried to place I had a max bet of $25 when the rollover requirement was $147,958.65 and that had to be completed in 26 days from the time of me emailing them my confusion on the matter. After the 26 days they removed $8,500 from my account. In that moment I started the KYC process so I could remove any money I had in there after the took that amount I was fed up as you could expect. Anyhow since then I have only used real money wagers in there and the account is back up to $6,074.96. Why I continued to make wagers in there one may ask? Quite frankly I assumed the money was lost so why not, then I found this outlet and it gave me a flash of hope that I can get it out of there. The last time I was able to get in contact with them was the day my account got verified, August 7th, it was just about getting the KYC done. Since then I have not been able to get in live chat and have not had any emails receive a response. But, I have gotten three separate emails talking about more deposit bonuses so they have the time to send me marketing emails just not reply to me about anything that matters.

For clarification, after the confusion I went ahead and said "I would go ahead and try to complete it" then had to reach out again to talk about the $25 dollar max wager that made it impossible and I asked them to raise the limit to 1,000. They said the max bet was 1,000 but that was not true as I could still only put 25 in. That I would try to complete it was based on a premise that I would have a larger max wager, as it would have been mathematically impossible to complete with $25. Also based on the bonus apparently not being a 35x rollover, just a 10x rollover (has they had said via email)

Hello bmarley,

Can you please advise if the initial balance was played in casino games or sports betting as well? Was the bonus also sport related?

The bonus was only used in sports betting, no casino. It was just a deposit bonus, and it was applied without me putting in a code or anything

As you might know, our forum Casino.Guru, deals with the complaints regarding online casinos only. I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue, related to a sports betting. I can contact the casino on your behalf and try to get some more information, but at the same time, I will be forced to reject your complaint.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

Best regards,

Nick
