The casino offers many deposit methods that are not available for withdrawal and withdrawal methods that are not available for deposits.


I used Jeton Wallet to make a deposit, but it is not available for withdrawals. Since the same method has to be used for withdrawals I could make another deposit with a different method and then use that method for withdrawing the money.

However, the casino also offers bank cards for deposits, but not for withdrawals either. I could make a bank transfer, but for those it is the other way around. Bank transfers are available for withdrawals, but not for deposits. It feels like this is a method to scam people and lock money in players' account since crypto seems to be the only method that is available for both deposits and withdrawals so anyone who does not have a crypto wallet has their money stuck in their accounts.


The live support dodges the questions, only uses copy-pasted answers and blames the payment providers although it is the casino's decision to not offer their deposit methods for withdrawals and vice versa.

So my money is now locked in the account since the casino offers Jeton and bank cards only for deposits and bank transfer only for withdrawals so it is impossible to use the same method for both

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Why don't you deposit with a method also available for withdrawals? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that it is not always up to the casino which methods are available. The player has to simply chose from the available methods.

Hello Nick.

My account is not verified yet since the casino has no verification page. I assume that would be done when my withdrawal would be processed.

I signed up yesterday, made my first deposit, tried to withdraw my winnings and came across this issue. That is also the only time I talked to the casino or rather collected several copy-paste answers that dodged my issue.


I cannot choose from the other methods because other methods have the same problem.

  • Jeton: available for deposit, not for withdrawal
  • bank cards (VISA, MasterCard): available for deposit, not for withdrawal
  • standard bank transfer: available for withdrawal, not for deposit


The only method that is available for both withdrawal and deposit would be a cryptowallet and I do not want to create a crypto wallet just because a shady casino is holding my money hostage by not offering any other withdrawal methods that are available for deposits as well.

I assume it is made this way on purpose so people spend all their winnings when they realise that they can only withdraw with a crypto wallet. Bank transfers are available for withdrawals, but since a deposit with the same method is needed and bank account-based deposit methods do not exist there literally is no scenario in which that withdrawal method could be used meaning that option is just there as an alibi.

If there is a method available for withdrawal, the player has to use it otherwise the casino is not obligate to do any actions as the player is the one refusing to cooperate.

Your previous message did not contain a question. All questions in the message before that have been answered in my message from May 25.

It seems like you do not understand the point. You are asking me to use a different withdrawal method, but to do that I first need to make a deposit with the same method or the casino will refuse the withdrawal automatically. However, the withdrawal methods offered are not available for deposits, so I cannot make a deposit with the available withdrawal methods first.

I have created and verified a Perfect Money account because that is the only method available for deposits as well as withdrawals.


I made a deposit with the Perfect Money wallet and after rolling over my deposit 3 times I tried to create a withdrawal with the same method and received the message "Withdrawals will only be approved when made using the same payment method that was used to make a deposit." even though I did use that method just before.

I then created a Perfect Money e-Voucher and used that to make another deposit. Again I rolled over the deposit, created a withdrawal using Perfect Money e-Voucher which I just used for a deposit and again it was automatically rejected with the message "Withdrawals will only be approved when made using the same payment method that was used to make a deposit.".


I then contacted the live chat asking them to create a withdrawal manually with the method that should be working since I already used it for a deposit. The assistant told me it would be referred to a specialist and asked me to contact them again at a later point to ask for a result.

The disputed amount that is stuck in my account has increased to 800.60 € now since I had to make more deposits that I also had to wager.
