I used Jeton Wallet to make a deposit, but it is not available for withdrawals. Since the same method has to be used for withdrawals I could make another deposit with a different method and then use that method for withdrawing the money.
However, the casino also offers bank cards for deposits, but not for withdrawals either. I could make a bank transfer, but for those it is the other way around. Bank transfers are available for withdrawals, but not for deposits. It feels like this is a method to scam people and lock money in players' account since crypto seems to be the only method that is available for both deposits and withdrawals so anyone who does not have a crypto wallet has their money stuck in their accounts.
The live support dodges the questions, only uses copy-pasted answers and blames the payment providers although it is the casino's decision to not offer their deposit methods for withdrawals and vice versa.
So my money is now locked in the account since the casino offers Jeton and bank cards only for deposits and bank transfer only for withdrawals so it is impossible to use the same method for both
