The player has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost.
I deposited through Trustly twice 25 and 10 euros or 35 euros and the money was not Logged into my account. I also provided copies of the payments, but the customer service does nothing to get my money at my disposal.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider, which the casino already recommended to you, because this is a standard procedure. The payment provider needs to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process which takes one month approximately. In these cases, casino has its hands tied.

I contacted the payment service yesterday and the issue seems to have been fixed now. Case okay. The casino still tried to claim that no money had arrived for them even though I provided proof of payment.
