ich habe bei pokernox am 2022-05-22 09:57:05 für den wager free sunday 100 percent bonus 200 euro eingezahlt. (200 euro echtgeld 200 euro bonus)

ich konnte 977 euro gewinnen und habe diese zur auszahlung beantragt.

der gewinn wurde vom casino storniert und ich habe meine einzahlung von 200 euro zurückerhalten mit der begründung:

 Players must deposit at least 100€ during the week in order to be eligible for winnings generated with Weekend Party Bonuses. In case of irregular play mentioned above, winnings generated with Weekend Pary Bonuses will be forfeited and deposit returned.

ich halte das verhalten des casinos für räuberisch da sie zugelassen haben das ich für diesen bonus einzahlen konnte obwohl ich nicht dafür qualifiziert war.

wenn ich mit diesen bonus verloren hätte ist es ok für sie 

im gewinnfall erhalte ich nur meine einzahlung zurück

das ist raüberisch da ich zu keinen zeitpunkt etwas gewinnen konnte mit diesen bonus.

ich habe denselben bonus schon einmal davor die woche genutzt(2022-05-15 20:38:04) und mit diesem nix gewonnen.(200 euro eingezahlt)

auch hier habe ich anspruch meine einzahlung zurück zu bekommen

da ich zu keinen zeitpunkt eine gewinnchanche hatte da ich nicht für den bonus qualifiziert war.

ich bin voll verifiziert und es war nicht meine erste auszahlung in diesem casino.

When was the last time you deposited into the casino before the weekend event? Did you have any balance before your last deposit?

I looked into the casino terms too and found the rule as well:

"To ensure proper use of bonuses and fair play, Pokernox.com considers claiming Weekend Party bonuses without any other deposit during the week as irregular gameplay to take advantage of bonuses. Players must deposit at least 100€ during the week in order to be eligible for winnings generated with Weekend Party Bonuses. In case of irregular play mentioned above, winnings generated with Weekend Pary Bonuses will be forfeited and deposit returned."

As it was clearly stated in their bonus conditions and you did not follow it, there is not much we can do. The terms are there to follow them unless they are unfair. Bonuses are always considered as a good will of the casino and once the player do not respect the specific terms of it, the casino has the right to void any winnings generated from it.

es ist fair das das casino mich für einen bonus einzahlen lässt für den ich gar nicht qualifiziert bin?

also ich sehe das etwas anders

es liegt in der verantwortung des casinos das mir dieser bonus gar nicht erst angeboten wird auf der der deposit page wenn ich dafür nicht qualifiziert bin.

so entsteht folgende situation:

-wenn ich verliere ist es für das casino ok

-wenn ich gewinne kriege ich meine einzahlung zurück alle andere gewinne werden storniert

eine win win situation für das casino entsteht und solange der spieler nix gewinnt nimmt man alle einzahlungen an und kassiert kräftig ab ohne den spieler mitzuteilen das er niemals gewinnen kann.

das ist definitiv nicht ok und räuberisch und verstösst gegen den fair gambling codex.

auch hat es das casino verpasst im infosymbol des bonus zu schreiben das man erst mindestens 100 euro pro woche einzahlen muss bevor man für den bonus qualifiziert ist

warum schreibt man solch eine extrem wichtige information dort nicht auf oder verhindert das der spieler für diesen bonus einzahlen kann wenn er keine 100 euro die woche zuvor eingezahlt hat???

so habe für diesen bonus 2 mal eingezahlt mit jeweils 200 euro ohne das ich zu keinen zeitpunkt eine gewinnchanche hatte und das ist definitiv nicht in ordnung und räuberisch

Could you please advise if the bonus was automatically added by the casino when you deposited or did you have to select it?

After further check of the case and the casino terms we will go through this case with my colleagues as the term I stated above is written in kind of unfair way.

aber auf der deposit page beziehungsweise im informationssymbol des bonus befanden sich keine informationen darüber das man erst 100 euro einzahlen muss um dafür qualfiziert zu sein

We came to a conclusion that once the casino credited you the bonus, they would also pay out the winnings and they should have prevent you to receive the bonus if you did not meet the conditions.

Please note that Pokernox casino can not prevent players to claim a bonus if they are not eligible for it as we do not have such options. Every player should read our bonus terms and conditions before claiming the bonuses to know if they are entitled for it or not.

falsch es liegt in ihrer mitverantwortung spieler daran zu hindern bonusse anzunehmen für die sie nicht qualifiziert sind.

aber es ist ja viel besser solange abzukassieren bis der kunde erstmalig gewinnt und erst dann erfährt er das er zu keinen zeitpunkt eine gewinnchanche hatte.

die zuvor geleisteten einzahlungen für denselben bonus behält das casino natürlich ein

sie hätten sich wenigstens die mühe machen können darauf in der bonusbeschreibung hinzuweisen denn es ist eine extrem wichtige information für den spieler.

oder denken sie der spieler hat lust erstmal 1 stunde oder länger alle bonusbedingungen zu lesen ehe er für den bonus einzahlt

In this particular case, the player was able to claim the bonus that he was not eligible for and played without a chance to win. This situation could have been easily prevented just by the system enforcement, if the player is not eligible for the bonus, he is not allowed to claim one. Unfortunately, we believe the player's complaint is justified.

Please, could you reevaluate the case or is this your final decision? Since the bonus was wager free, at least some kind of compensation would be in place.

We believe that every player should read bonus terms and conditions before claiming the bonus. If the player would read them, he would know that he is not eligible for the bonus. Our decision is final, and taking in consideration that player has made 8 deposits at Pokernox casino and claimed 8 bonuses with them, we see this behaviour only as bonus abuse and not recreational playing.
