The player from India had placed a successful 0.9 euro bet on a bonus, winning 35k euros. He had requested a withdrawal, but after three days, bCasino reduced his balance and withdrawal request from 5k to 500 euros, without any explanation or response to inquiries. The Complaints Team had asked for more details about the bonus and the casino's response. However, the player had requested to cancel his complaint. Consequently, we closed the complaint as per the player's request.

Dear casinoguru,

  I have a gaming account with bcasino on which i win 35k euro on a 0.9 euro bet while playing with a bonus. My deposited amount is 60 Euro. Because of my bitter experience while playing with bonuses I read all conditions before activation of any bonus and there is no mention of winning cap or withdrawal limit on that bonus. After completion of bonus wagering my balance showing as real money balance. So I made a withdrawal request but after 3 days bcasino forfeit my whole balance and change my withdrawal request of 5k to just 500 Euros and mail me that there is a withdrawal limit on your account. I seek clarification from them but there is no response and support chat is not responding. I checked my account withdrawal limit but there is only 1000 euro limit while playing with bonus. So atleast they should let me withdraw 1000.

Plz help feeling cheated.
