The player from Nigeria had deposited an amount of 49,000 which had not been credited to his account yet. The Complaints Team had advised him to contact his payment provider, as the casino had limited influence over such issues. The casino had asked the player to provide the Order ID and a bank statement showing the transaction. However, the player failed to respond to these requests. As a result, we could not further investigate and had to reject the complaint. The resolution process was hindered by the player's lack of cooperation.

I deposit the amount of 49,000 since yesterday and it hasn't been credited.

Meanwhile my ticket amount shows 1000 instead of 49,000

Please do something about this. This is my last money and I'll be ruined if I don't get it

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
