Hello,


I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to be paid 750€.


my account is fully verified, in the meantime I was lied to with them saying that the money would be in my account on Wednesday last week, then Thursday, Friday and then on Monday saying that they would give me the proof of payment.


its Friday again, 2 weeks after and I wasn’t paid.


this happens often and will be the last time.

  • Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but three weeks is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

my withdrawal was approved on the 15th January and "processed"


since then my account manager said that the money would be in my account on Wednesday the 17th January. But it wasn’t. Then next day was the same. Then I requested this Monday the 22nd for a proof of payment as the payments was approved and processed for a week. It’s Friday and still nothing.
