The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 2 weeks. The casino remains unresponsive and that left with no other choice than to close this complaint as 'unresolved'.
Hi
I submitted my withdrawal for GBP350.00 with Anonym bet just over 2 weeks ago. The withdrawal was pending for 4 days and is no longer in my pending withdrawals or casino balance.
Anonym bet responded indicating that the payment would be with me as soon as possible and was processed.
Will this payment actually be made as they are very slow in responding sometimes 5 days and it is over 2 weeks now.
My documents have been verified for KYC and I have not played with any bonus funds.
Can you help please?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Anonym Bet Casino. Allow me to ask you a few more question before we would even try to contact the casino.
What payment method did you use for deposit and for withdrawal? When was the last time you communicated with the casino and what did they respond?
We usualy recommend players to wait at least 14 days after the payment is processed to appear on the account as it might take longer to arrive due to payment provider or country of residence.

Thank you for your response.
The deposit was made with a visa debit card. The only options available to me to withdraw was via bank transfer. I have submitted documents with IBAN/BIC codes etc.
I sent an email 5 days ago and received this response. "Thank you for contacting us.
Apologies for the delay.
We would like to inform you that you will receive your payment as soon as possible". There is never any estimate of when it is likely to be received only as soon as possible.
The payment was apparently processed 6 days ago and initially submitted 16 days ago now.

The payment was apparently processed 10 days before this email. I am not sure if this will actually get paid at all. Perhaps another attempt to delay and deceive.
Can I request a charge back on all my deposits if the casino is not playing fair?

Sometimes bank transfers take a number of days to arrive in the account. I would not advise to do any chargebacks in any situation, because it may lead to various problem when using your bank account in the future.

I have still not received my withdrawal. The casino are responding every couple of days with basically the same responses. Volume of withdrawals, technical issues, foreign currency payment complexities. I have still not received an indication of when this is likely to be paid "only as soon as possible". I have been informed that I will be paid in full and that they make thousands of payments a day. If this is the case, I'm sure some of these payments are also in foreign currency so does it take over 4 weeks? And with the amount of payments and issues there would be surely more complaints. Can you give any clear perspective as to what you think is going on here please?

If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.
The casino remains unresponsive and after number of repeated efforts to contact them they seem not to engage with complaints on our website. Without the casino entry to the discussion, we can't even start resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will secure this casino's rating on the lowest positions of our rating spectrum.
