Review: Negative Experience with Anonymbet


I would like to share my dissatisfaction and negative experience that I had with the bookmaker company Anonymbet. I have been using their services for over two months, and during this time, I struggled to win $531. However, after deciding to withdraw my winnings, they took over a week to confirm the withdrawal, causing me significant frustration and anxiety.


When I registered with Anonymbet, I was impressed by their promises of fast and reliable withdrawals. However, after requesting the withdrawal, I was disappointed by the slow processing of my transactions. Waiting for over a week for the first withdrawal and more than two weeks for the second is simply too long, especially considering their website claims that withdrawals typically take no more than 48 hours.


During this waiting period, I constantly contacted their customer support for updates and explanations regarding the delays. Unfortunately, my inquiries and requests went unanswered or received generic template responses that did not address my concerns.


It is understandable that delays can occur for various reasons, but I expected Anonymbet to demonstrate more responsibility and promptness in processing my withdrawal request. Instead, I had to waste my time and nerves trying to understand why my funds were being held for so long.


Overall, my experience with Anonymbet has been negative and disappointing. I do not recommend this company to those who value fast and reliable financial transactions. If you are looking for a bookmaker with quick withdrawal times and excellent customer support, it is better to seek out other companies that appreciate your time and efforts.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

Do I understand correctly that you already received the winnings from your first withdrawal request? Are you still waiting for the second withdrawal, or has it already been paid out as well?

Review of Anonymbet: The Worst Gambling Platform I've Ever Encountered!

I spent over two months using Anonymbet's services, and I can say that it was a complete nightmare. Even after struggling to win $531, my joy quickly turned into frustration when I decided to withdraw my money.

The problems started when they couldn't confirm my withdrawal request for a week. I had to reach out to them multiple times to finally receive my funds. On top of that, the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is only $500, and there's no way to increase it! I waited for over two weeks for a response to my repeated $500 withdrawal request, which is completely unacceptable considering their website states that withdrawals take a maximum of 48 hours. After enduring long waits and correspondence, I finally managed to get my withdrawal confirmed. However, my issues with Anonymbet only escalated from there.

I submitted a withdrawal request for the remaining $331 in my account, and they once again ignored my requests and failed to confirm the withdrawal. And what happened next? When I attempted to log into my account, to my horror, they had simply blocked my account without any warning and essentially stole $331 from me! Not only are they cheats and thieves, but they are also petty. They accused me of violating their terms by using systems and strategies such as the Martingale method, doubling bets, and single-number betting, as well as abusing in-game bonus features. This is complete nonsense! I am prepared to prove my innocence in any arbitration and provide all the necessary evidence. Many of their terms are utterly unfair, to put it simply, fraudulent and contemptuous towards players.

Furthermore, it's worth noting that Anonymbet lacks a license, which raises serious doubts about their trustworthiness. With an unknown owner and no established reputation, this casino becomes even more unreliable. Additionally, their customer support is not available 24/7, and there is no live chat option.

Conclusion: Anonymbet is the most despicable gambling establishment I have ever encountered. They block accounts, steal money, falsely accuse players of violations, and create conditions that solely serve their interests. I strongly recommend avoiding Anonymbet and finding a reliable and honest casino where you will be valued and respected.

Thank you for your response and assistance. I understand that you have some questions regarding my situation. To provide you with a clearer picture, I will provide additional information.


I won all the funds without using any bonuses. None of my winnings were accumulated using active bonuses.


The last time I communicated with the casino was on June 14, 2023. After another unsuccessful attempt to access my account, I wrote them an email asking for an explanation of what happened. I received confirmation from the casino about the closure of my account and an accusation of violating section 9.11, which is completely untrue. Since then, I have sent them several emails, but I have not received any response.


I have already sent all the relevant messages between myself and the casino to the provided email address, veronika.l@casino.guru. It would be greatly appreciated if we could take some action and have this blatantly fraudulent website permanently closed, as people facing similar issues are trying to claim their winnings.
