The player from United Kingdom is criticizing the withdrawal process together with particularly high fees. We closed the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
This lot charge $50 to withdraw $100. Unbelievable.
Even then, the process is incredibly complicated. They make it easy to deposit, but impossible to withdraw.

TBH, I am not particularly bothered about the money, but I do get angry when a company is so dishonest with their trading practices.
They make it easy to deposit money, but trying to withdraw is a nightmare, and their ‘rules’ are laughable. It is no surprise that they have no licence, no physical address and no info on the ownership.
I worry that others have been deceived in this way, and that Amigo are allowed to get away with it.
FYI, BingoAustralia and CanadianDollarBingo are part of this scam, identical website, games and rules.
I am a lawyer, and I can spot a scam easily. Trouble is that their scam only comes to the surface when a withdrawal is attempted. Until then, they are nice and friendly and their games are well-presented.
