The player from District of Columbia had deposited $300 and when she attempted to withdraw her winnings, she faced difficulties with verification. The email of the verification company she provided allegedly did not exist, which made the situation difficult to resolve. The player had claimed that no one responded to her attempts to resolve the issue. However, we discovered that the casino in question was an app, not related to the Acorn Casino listed on our website. Since we could only proceed with complaints for casinos with official websites, we had to reject the complaint.

soent $300 at this casino tied to cash out sent my id selfie everything and told me verification can not be verified contact company that does verification but you email the company and email address does not exsist you can verify my account to take my money but not to with draw my winnings such a scam’s

I apologize, but we are not able to proceed with complaints unless the casino has an official website, because we have no option to add a casino like this to our database.
