I played this casino off a bonus and made it through the playthrough requirement ending up with ove $100 i am supposed to be able to withdrawal. Their maximum allowed cash out for my particular bonus is no more or less then $100 so initiated a withdrawal in that amount. This was about a month ago on Sep 13th. Everything I try to chat with them about it they apologize and tell me it should be processed soon giving me the same excuse saying "they have had an unusually large number of requests"..I don't believe they have any intention of paying me ever and even though I didn't make a deposit with them, I still feel kinda ripped off, after all, I did win that $100 fair and square and if roles were reversed, they would absolutely feel entitled to it im sure..

Hello demottrichie,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with A Big Candy Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you ever deposit any amount of money into the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hello, sorry I didn't realize you were waiting on responses. So to answer your questions:

  • Yes, my account is fully verified and that was done prior to my withdrawal request that same day on September 13th.
  • Yes, I made a deposit with A Big Candy Casino because they told me I needed to in order to be able to make a withdrawal..so I made one also that same day on 9/13 in the amount of $30USD because their minimum is $30. But it was reflected in my account as a $47 desposit..Apparantly because of the value difference between our currencies.
  • I have spoken with them regularly every week (sometimes twice a week) starting 10 business days after I submitted my request..Their policy is 10 business days after account verification is apporved, a deposit has been made and a request has been submitted...even though they told me differently.they said to me if I made a deposit, then it would be instant....and I double/triple checked that with them before I deposited because, as I told them, I couldn't afford to make the deposit and wait around for it to be returned...I don't have a lot of money so that last $30 was my only money at the time and I needed it. But I fell for it and trusted them. Everything we have spoken since, I ask them if they are ever gonna make good on our bets and they reply with apologies and feed me the same excuse about them being swamped with withdrawal requests which are being answered in the order they were received...I think that's all bull**** and there are basically white collar criminals behind this casino which is their entire operation and it is most definitely NOT safe to gamble with them...if my suspicions are true, then I'm sure potentially my identity could be at risk too along with many others' as well..At the very least, their dishonesty and negligence is to the point I would consider to be "criminal."

Just to be clear, initially, I did not make a deposit when I completed their playthrough from a free bonus...they tricked me into depositing after I spoke with customer service or whatever they call themselves, telling me it was required for verification before I could withdrawal...which isn't unheard of I know, except they needed all my info separate from the verification deposit an it was like a 3 step process before being able to even submit a withdrawal/payout request.
