I made a deposit to gamble and they set my loss limit on my settings to where I can’t play. I tried to withdraw my funds but they told me I have to wager my deposit times 3. I keep telling them I want to withdraw my money and they say I can’t because I have to wager it. I can’t play any games to wager it because my limits are set. This place can have a good rating but treat there too member like this. Just disappointed cuz I know my word don’t mean a thing to the rating they got and staff from this website won’t believe me. I can surely win a bet on that. I got pictures to prove it screenshots you know. And watch how I’m still not going to get anywhere with this.

Yes the casino set the loss limit to my account. Now whatever funds I have are stuck there and I can’t close my account or withdraw unless I wager my deposit. Which gives me a chance to lose the money I have there. It is 80.00$ and it is in bitcoin. This casino has a high ranking I just don’t see that fair in any casino that your forced to gamble your money otherwise you cannot withdrawal!

ok I did receive the emails and I did cause the limits. But I don’t think it cool I have to wager my own deposit how is that fair in any casino. I would see that as my disadvantage

cvv21219, unfortunately, some casinos require players to wager the real money deposit. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. Not all casinos require this, but it isn't anything unfair. I have also checked the casino’s withdrawal rules in T&Cs and I found this:

„Money deposited in casino must be used for gaming activity only. Due to this, all deposits need to be wagered at least 3 times, table/live games at least 10 times playing real money. If a player is suspected of money laundering or other fraudulent actions, the casino has the right to terminate player’s account."

I suggest that you meet the requirements, otherwise you won’t be able to request the withdrawal.
