The player from Finland had won 800€ at an online casino, but his account had remained unverified one week later despite multiple assurances from the casino. The player had provided all the necessary documents for verification, including his passport, bank statement, and utility bill. However, he had faced continual withdrawal rejections and changes in withdrawal methods from the casino. The player had also claimed he was accused of playing a forbidden game, which was not listed as such in the casino's terms and conditions. Despite our team's efforts to resolve the issue and extend the complaint's resolution timeline, the player had requested to close the complaint. We had respected his decision and closed the complaint as rejected.

deposited 25€ on 2.2.2024 and won 800€.

7 days later and after many promises, my account is still unverified. Today i should be verified, but that is not the first time they promise something.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

passport, back and front. Selfie with the passport.., bank statement, receipt of the deposit via Card, utility bill in PDF format, it was first in Finnish language, they declined it, but allowed me to use Acrobat translator to transfer it into english language.


2.2 i sent only passport, utility and bank statement.

6.2 the Card deposit had settled, and i sent them the receipt.

7.2 i realized i missed sending the Utility bill, so i sent it.

11.2 they required english language utility bill, so i sent them the translated english one. They also required back of the passport, (back of passports are not unique).


They have never required anything, all info i have gotten is by asking from live chat. I havent got any emails from them except the 10 freespins offer for review.

They told me this morning that eventhough the english utility bill took more than 72 hours to check, it will be checked during today, and tomorrow i will be able to cashout.

For the first time in 13 days they have not rejected my withdraw in few hours. Its been pending for 5 hours now.. Lets see if they pay. They are also reading this, so could be also just trolling and doing the opposite.


How could they even pay with only IBAN requested, no BIC or anything else.

They took away my ability to withdraw via Bank Transfer, which was only withdraw method allowed when deposit method was euros. They said i should email them about changing currency from euro to crypto.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

You extended the timer for 7 days.. Not like you didnt knew these guys are just scammers in the first place when you added them here with 5.5/10 rating. Looks like affiliate payments are getting through...


You probably make good money for promoting scams because the costs for casinos are low because they dont have to pay anyone, therefore affiliate margin is bigger also. But this is a joke for 7 day extension, its not like their ever going to answer. So close the case, mark them as solid casino who deals with affiliate payments accordingly.

I lost only 25€ its fine.

I also understand you Guru guys... You need to make money also. You are not here for charity.

Its super close whether its ok, but since you gave the 5.5/10, you can say you have warned players, but also kept the casino happy because they pay you.

Affiliates need to make money somehow. If you were brutally honest, you wouldnt obviously get paid affiliate share from scammy sites for promoting them scammers..


And... Who said to gamble at all in the first place?? So consider the case closed.

Someone actually emailed me.. They took away 200€ of 800€ leaving 600€ available for withdraw via VISA, same deposit mehod.. They said i played forbidden game, but it doesnt show in restricted games.. Anyway, lets see what happens.

This email was sent to me yestreday.. Now they had canceled withdraw and took 775€ away and left 25€ on account. So returned deposit.

I didnt have any bonus to wager on account

Sakura fortune was not in forbidden games

Dear laka44, I'm sorry for the late reply. Thank you for the screenshots. I've been also informed about the same issue with the restricted game and an unfinished wagering by the casino representative. They also say you haven't verified the proof of address.

You wrote that you didn't have any bonus to wager on account. Do I understand correctly you state you haven't claimed any bonuses and played with your real money only?


I've asked the casino to provide us with any related evidence, I will let you know here as soon as I get any more information.

i won with 1st deposit bonus without breaking terms. Sakura Fortune was the reason why they took my money away... But Sakura is not forbidden according their public terms and conditions. See photo. I have sent proof of addresses in pdf.. Address not verified because they have not checked it. They should check it, and then email you it has been checked.


Is this sort of "Its hidden but still forbidden" tactic ok from casinos with Sakura question.

Not tell all the rules or forbidden games in T&C.


I have 25euros on account, and unable to cashout. Min is 250€.

I was informed by the casino representative that the bonus terms were changed recently so now it is being checked when exactly these changes took place.
