Another casino with the installment payments, so I won $2000 and I requested an withdrawal, they only approved $200 at a time and I always have to use the same bitcoin address because I I use a different one it’s a conflict, I requested another withdrawal and either I use that old bitcoin address or I have to update the new wallet , the wallet changes every day I find that to be ridiculous and only $200 every 2-3 weeks it’s gonna take me a year to get my money

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the T&Cs (https://24vipcasino.com/terms-and-conditions) and I found this:

"The Daily Withdrawal Limit of the Casino is $500 (£500, 500€, or ZAR 5,000)while the weekly limit is $2,000 (£2,000, 2,000€, or ZAR 20,000) per week."

Did the casino inform you that your winnings can be withdrawn $200 per transaction only? Would you be so kind and forward me all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru?

I would like to ask 24VIP Casino to state the reason why AAlmeida hasn’t been allowed to withdraw the whole daily withdrawal limit amount as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Please be informed that according to the Terms and Conditions of 24VIP Casino, section "PRIZES & WINNINGS", "The Casino reserves the right to divide some payments into multiple installments and send them over a stated period of time."

Please be advised that all the remaining withdrawal requests will be approved in full amount within the established time frames.
