The player's account got blocked for opening multiple accounts. The casino failed to provide us with a relevant evidence of their claims. We believe that the player should be payed out and the casino representatives stopped responding to our messages, therefore we have closed this complaint as 'unresolved'. The casino representatives approached us to reopen this complaint once more time. After providing us with additional evidence, we have concluded and informed the casino that we believe the player should be payed in full, we have also provided them with detailed explanation of why. The casino decided to take our conclusion into consideration and the complaint is now resolved.

I am playing 24 betting from past 4 months and lost so much money few days back I won upto 16lakhs and they gave 5lakhs withdraw amount after that they have blocked my account by giving the false reason using multiple accounts for sure I am using only in single account pls take the action against them and make me withdraw my money.

Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings? Are these your first withdrawal requests in the casino? Is your account fully verified? How much did you deposit into the casino in total? Can you please assure us that nobody else is playing in the casino from your address/IP or device?

1. I didn't used any bonus amount to accumulate my current winning I used real money to my current winning.

2. I have done so many withdraw there was no issue they were giving my withdraw amount. As I said there is only one lakh withdraw limit per day I have withdrawn 5 lakhs after I gave sixth withdraw request they have blocked my account by giving false reason.

3. My account was fully verified.

4. I deposited upto 7 to 8 lakhs total.

5. I was playing alone nobody using my account and I don't have any multiple accounts they are creating fake proof and sending.

We would like to ask 24betting Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.

24betting casino team will not reply because they have done fraud and cheated me there is no proof to justify them pls put this 24betting into black list and help others to save the money from this fraud 24betting casino company.

If we are deposited money and lossing means they will keep quiet when we start winning and give withdraw request they will give false reason and block the account such a cheater's.

After careful examination of the evidence and internal discussion at Casino.Guru, we have concluded that only IP matches, although numerous, are not a sufficient proof of multiple accounts. In present day era of mobile internet, such matches may happen easily. Especially in areas with high population, as there is a limited amount of addresses available and the amount of customers is usually higher, therefore the chances are very likely for such situation to happen.

In case there are no other proofs of multi accounting, we would like to suggest that the player's winnings should be payed out.

Unfortunately, the casino representative remains unresponsive at this point and we were not able to receive any more information or further evidence regarding this case.

So far our position remains unchanged and we sincerely believe that the player's winnings should be payed as there was no relevant evidence, which would prove any kind of fraudulent activity disclosed to us. If the casino believes that this player's actions are out of the ordinary, a fair solution would be to pay the remaining funds on the player's account and discontinue providing their services to him.

Due to the facts mentioned in this entry and lack of any progress which would lead to a successful resolution, we are now closing this complaint as 'unresolved'.

In the event, that the casino would reconsider their decision or would like to bring out any new facts, they can apply for reopening of this complaint at any time.

They are wasting our time and dragging this issue. They are not ready to payout my winnings.

I would like to inform you, that we have already had an opportunity to discuss our conclusion of this case with the representative of 24betting. After examination of all the data of very significant proportion, provided to us by the casino, we can confirm that no suspicious activity occurred with regards to your account.

We could see there was a match on IPs with 31 other accounts, for this instance there may have been numerous explanations of this situation, however no further evidence was available for us to conclude anything.

We consider a fair solution to be for the casino to pay the player's winnings, therefore we'd like to ask 24betting Casino representatives to provide us with their stance on the resolution.

Rakshith as we have already explained to you it is 1 lak per WD request, not per day, which is standard practice pretty much for all sites and in any case 1 lak per WD request limitation imposed on us by banks and payment operators
